Equestrian Center
Promontory provides luxurious amenities for all its Members—including horses! Their world-class Equestrian Center is a testament to our commitment to horse training, riding performance, and blue-ribbon care. This private boarding and training facility for Equestrian Members features indoor and outdoor arenas, private horse stables, heated stalls, washing and grooming areas, and a private club lounge for viewing training, riding, and lessons.
The Dye Clubhouse
The Pete Dye Clubhouse is a striking vision at the Dye Course 18th hole. This architectural gem is a welcoming gathering place following the day’s round. Relax by the cozy fireplace or on the expansive outdoor deck with a favorite beverage while you gaze at the panoramic vistas.
Nicklaus Clubhouse
The stunning Nicklaus Clubhouse blends breathtaking views, contemporary interiors, and a sophisticated ambiance. Striking interiors reflect a luxurious and modern clubhouse in rich, handsome textures — a perfect fit for Promontory’s discriminating membership. Cutting-edge architecture was designed by John Sather of Swaback Partners in Scottsdale, Arizona who utilized stone, glass, and steel to fashion this quintessential Promontory icon.
The Beach House
A stone’s throw from the Nicklaus Clubhouse, the Beach House brings the classic beach experience to you. Outside, you’ll find everything you’d expect to find at the beach: sand, water, cabanas, kayaks, paddleboards, and more, all complemented by world-class service and a beautiful backdrop of rolling mountains. Inside, you’ll find a bright, colorful atmosphere — reminiscent of a beachside cafe — and an enticing menu of beach-inspired snacks, sandwiches, salads, and seafood, as well as an assortment of tempting drinks and desserts.
What are the fees to Join The Promontory Club?
Below you will find the HOA fees and dues to join the Promontory social membership, golf club, and equestrian membership.
The HOA dues for Promontory are $3,000 annually but other memberships include: Updated (9/9/2020)

What I Love About Promontory Real Estate
As I mentioned at the opening of this page, Promontory truly grows on you as you spend more time in the community and becomes easier to navigate. When I first started selling real estate in Park City, Promontory felt large and it was known as one of the golf course communities in the area. While Promontory is built around golf they have transformed the community by adding additional landscaping, tubing hills, bowling alleys, they even a beach in the mountains.
I love that this luxury real estate community can work for different types of people. The views from every direction make it known that you are in the mountains of Utah. If you want to go snowmobiling, mountain biking, or just a stroll through the trails on the property - it's easy. Getting to the slopes is simple and this is a community in Park City that you can essentially just move in, meet friends, and have fun!
